How do I get my songs from my iPod to my library?

January 10, 2010 | In: iPod

My iPod is messed up, and somehow, I’ve ended up with all of my songs on my iPod but none in my library. I’d like to put them all back into my library, but I don’t know how to. I am able to view all of the songs on my iPod by plugging it into the computer, and I’ve tried dragging them from my iPod to the library, but no such luck. Any suggestions would be incredibly appreciated!

Try ripping the songs from the iPod to a folder, then add that folder to iTunes. Go here:http://www.ipodrip.com/. This site will even rip it to iTunes. Hope I helped!

They’ve been synced. If you don’t want them synced go to the the iPod setting and change it from sync automatically to manage own music.
